Angela R. Philbrook, Esquire
President of Cape Cod Title & Escrow, P.C.

As a third-generation native of Cape Cod, Angela is dedicated to providing premium residential real estate closing services on the Cape. Angela earned her juris doctor from Villanova University School of Law and was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1999.  After extensive experience working at a large law firm, practicing in a variety of areas from complex business litigation to real estate conveyancing, Angela believed that in starting her own practice in 2004, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.

In 2010, recognizing the need for a competent local title company offering comprehensive closing and title services,  Ms. Philbrook founded Cape Cod Title & Escrow, P.C.  Cape Cod Title & Escrow P.C. has allowed Ms. Philbrook to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of real estate transactions.

Angela is active in a number of professional organizations including the Barnstable County Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association.  Angela treats every client with respect and integrity.
